WITTCHEN is a leader on the market of exclusive leather products. The company was founded in 1990 by Jędrzej Rafał Wittchen.
WITTCHEN is a family company and one of the most recognisable brands on the European market. It offers a wide range of luxurious products characterized by an elegant style and hand-craftsmanship, which guarantees their highest quality.
Challenge
The aim of the project was to prepare a coherent system of collecting company and product reviews for the Wittchen.com shop.
Our Partner wanted to:
- Collect long, valuable reviews that will build an expert and friendly image of the online store
- Show reviews directly on the site so that potential buyers can read what other shoppers have to say without leaving the store
- Get stars on Google search listings
Sollution
When our content department found out about the cooperation with Wittchen, they were excited. By creating hints to exclusive items such as leather bags, gloves, suitcases we could let our imagination run wild, taking into account the realities of everyday life. The hints for the partner products were a hit! Their customers love using them! The length of reviews has increased several times!
Until now, witches.com used other market solutions. Below is a presentation of a review from TrustMate.io and the client's previous solution. Previously, reviews were short and did not convey any valuable content. Additionally, they were interspersed with paid advertisements. Nowadays, the client collects long, informative reviews.
Who wouldn't want to show off such prestigious products? With the ability to collect photos, the client has accumulated a sizable number of photographs of wallets, purses and suitcases directly from customers!
Looking at the clients example, it's worth highlighting how uploading the reviews to the site worked. Thanks to structured data, when queries related to Wittchen products are entered, its page appears highlighted with stars.
Wittchen used the TrustMate.io API to collect reviews and present it in their solutions. This ensures that the content is perfectly aligned with the design of the site and ranks well in Google search.
In order to reassure customers of their professionalism, Wittchen has placed our company rating widget on every subpage of the shop. In the footer you can find a box with information about the rating, which when clicked opens the reviews box. Customers don't have to leave the site to read other shoppers' experiences!
